      Online purchases
      Goods will be dispatched upon upfront payment. Images used are example every attempt will be made to supply
      goods with the same or better specs than goods advertised. We will notify you in such cases where we cannot
      provide goods as described due to stock overruns or other unforeseen circumstances.


      Payment
      Payment can be made via Credit cards / Debit Cards/Bank to Bank Transfers / Cheque / Money Orders / Online
      through website. Goods can only be dispatched on clearance of funds. The PayPal payment gateway is a totally
      secure payment environment. Your information will not be shared with any other parties, other than what is
      required to make good on your order. Please read our privacy policy.


      Dispatch time
      Goods will normally be received within 7-10 working days by post, registered post or courier depending on your
      order. If there is a delay for whatever reason, we will notify you by email or phone.


      Use of certificates
      The offer is based on two (2) adults sharing. Additional charges may apply for single occupancy or additional
      persons. 
      This voucher entitles two a people to a complimentary room for one (1) night as specified by participating
      properties in the current BestBreaks program.
      Offers are as stipulated by the individual venue and are non-negotiable. The precise value and nature of the Offers
      vary from venue to venue; either the Meal Deal, 2nd Night Free or both options may be available. Please check the
       directory for details.

      2nd NIGHT FREE OFFERS. It is a condition when using the voucher that the first night’s accommodation be paid
      in full to receive the second night’s accommodation free. The first night’s accommodation rate is based on the
      hotel’s current promotional rate specified.

      MEAL DEAL OFFERS. This offer is based on two adult persons occupying the room. It is a condition when using
      this voucher that BREAKFAST and DINNER be paid for each person, for each night’s stay at the Meal Deal amount
      stipulated and this is the Minimum Expenditure required to enjoy the offer. Beverages are not included in the Meal
      Deal amount and no expenditure on beverages shall contribute to the Minimum Expenditure amount. The property
      has the right to charge the Meal Deal amount based on two (2) adult persons in the event that the meals are not
      taken or if there is a shortfall such as a child portion meal being served

      All reservations are subject to availability at promotional rates and they will be accepted at the discretion of the
      participating property. Some properties will accept more than one voucher at any one time and for consecutive
      nights. These details must be checked with the BestBreaks at the time of booking.
      Customers must clearly state they wish to use a BestBreaks voucher when making a reservation. It is essential that
      the voucher or vouchers are presented to the property at check-in.

      To cancel or postpone a booking prior to arrival, BestBreaks must be contacted. Cancellation fees may apply in some
      cases.

      All payments for meals and extras must be made in accordance with the property's normal billing practices, usually
      prior to checkout on the departure date. Some properties may also take a deposit for the stay when booking or at
      check-in.

      Properties have their own terms and conditions, and these are communicated at the time of booking or at check-in.
      Guests are required to follow these standard terms and conditions.

      Vouchers are valid until the printed expiry date.


      The cost of the journey to and from each property is the voucher holder’s responsibility. While all care has been
      taken, BestBreaks accepts no liability for loss or damage resulting from the voucher holder’s stay or for any errors or
      omissions in the directory, on the website or on promotional materials.

      BestBreaks takes no responsibility for the visual misrepresentation of participating properties in the directory. It is
      the responsibility of the property to provide BestBreaks with its own imagery for print quality reproduction.

      In line with our standard service procedures BestBreaks is always willing to investigate complaints, however
      BestBreaks cannot be held responsible for any disagreements you have with the property and / or for any refused or
      cancelled reservations. Any dispute must be settled directly with the hotel in question.

      Agreement
      By checking the tick box on the payment page you acknowledge that you understand the terms of trade and the
      conditions of use of BestBreaks accommodation certificates.

      Refund
      BestBreaks will refund costs paid by Customers within the cooling off period , as applicable under each state law of
      Australia. Packages including all material supplied must be received by BestBreaks in resalable conditions. Refunds
      will be processed within 21days from day of receiving the item/s. the cooling off period (as applicable under each
      State law) a cancellation/ administration fee of $35.00 will be deducted from the full amount paid by the Customer.
      Cancellations will be accepted only within the cooling off period as per Australian State Laws, and on case by case
      basis after the cooling off period
